We have a range of set menus at 16 €* 25,50 €, 32,80 €, 41 €
and "à la carte" specialities:.
For young gourmets, we have a children's set menu at 11,80 €.
(*this set menu is not served Saturday evenings, Sundays and bank holidays ).

Starters
Salad of pan-fried langoustines with strawberries, lavender dressing and tomato gazpacho and red berries.
Thick slice of lemon-cured aubergine with thyme, soft goat's cheese, and a savory and fig vinaigrette.
Tajine of vegetables with marinated red mullet fillets, a lemon sorbet served with preserved lemons.
Fish
Thin slices of John Dory pan-fried, with pesto, sunblushed tomatoes and gnocchi.
Fillets of red mullet pan-fried, roast banana with ginger and lime, curried coconut milk.
Medallions of monkfish, quinoa with squid ink, with a mustard fish jus.
Meat

Rack of lamb with a black wheat crust, vegetable spring rolls.
Medallions of veal with Serrano ham and Comté cheese.
Roast fillet of duck, cream of dried ceps, red berry infusion.

Restaurant du Dauphin is closed on Sunday evenings and all day Monday.
